He founded ITC Advisory Services in 2016, the firm that specializes in the provision of IGR advisory services and consulting, Taxation & Revenue audit & Investigation services for the Federal and State Governments. He has led high-profile Revenue & Taxation assignments for FIRS and various State Internal Revenue Services.

Tunde is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a Certified Forensic Accountant (CFA) and a certified fraud examiner; He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and has attended various conferences both locally and internationally.

Mr. Bicci Alli is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant specialising in Financial Accounting, Internal Control and Revenue Administration. He was at various times the Executive Chairman, Oyo State Board of Internal Revenue, Chairman, Osun State Board of Internal Revenue and Board Secretary Lagos State Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Bicci Alli actively participates in formulating and implementing Fiscal policies and Tax Administration Reform in Nigeria. He was a co-opted Member of the Committee inaugurated by the then Minister of Finance to review the National Tax Policy and also served as Member and subcommittee Chairman of various Federal Government and Joint Tax Board committees.

Bicci Alli has presented over 50 papers on various aspects of Accounting, Financial Control, Tax Policies, Laws and Administration at different fora, locally and internationally. He holds qualifications in Business Administration and Taxation. Bicci is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria and Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He was a former Dean, Faculty of Tax Administration of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Member Tax Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Member ICAN and CITN delegations to National and State Houses of Assembly on Accounting, Revenue and Tax Related issues.

He is presently the Managing Partner of Visionscope Consult a Financial, Management and Tax Consulting outfit based in Lagos and he also sits on the board as a Non Executive Director at ITC Advisory Services.

Peter Aletor has over 20 years of experience in Stockbroking, Asset Management, Fund Management and Deal Structuring.

He is an authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Executive Programme and the Harvard Business School Executive Programme.

An accountant by profession and a pioneer staff of Capital Express Securities Limited where he rose to become the Managing Director of the company, he joined Apel Asset Limited in 2008, he has continued to carry out big-ticket transactions for individual and corporate clients.

He is the Group Managing Director of Apel Asset Limited with an oversight function of the entire subsidiary companies within the group.

He also sits on the board of several companies which includes: Red Star Express Plc and ITC Advisory Services.

Olanrewaju has over 20 years cognate work experience as a consultant and Finance professional with vast experience which cuts across financial services, Insurance, Oil and Gas and construction industries.

As a Finance expert and seasoned administrator, he served in various capacities as head of Treasury, Head, Internal Audit, Finance Manager providing leadership and direction in corporate reporting, corporate governance, project management, tax audit and investigation, business process review, fund management and revenue generation across key sectors of economy.

Mr. Olanrewaju holds Masters of Social Sciences degree in Financial Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot- Watt University, UK and a Bachelor degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, UK.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (ACCA), UK and a registered Accountant with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.

Having attended several training, workshops and conferences both locally and internationally, he is currently the Executive Director, Finance and Administration at Makon Engineering and Technical Services Limited. He also sits on the board of ITC Advisory services as a Non – Executive Director.

Wole specializes in Corporate and Commercial Transaction, Secured Credit for Corporate and Individual Finance, Insolvency and Asset Recovery, Commercial Property and Conveyance, General Commercial and Civil Litigation.

His experience cuts across prosecuting and defending cases in State and Federal Courts. He has extensive experience in managing complex, multifaceted disputes involving several parties and claims.

He obtained his LL.B from the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2002, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2004. He concluded his LL.M Degree in April 2016 at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

He commenced his legal career in the Chambers of Oluwakemi Balogun & Co, (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) a leading Insolvency and Assets Recovery Law Firm situated in Lagos State, as an Associate between 2005 and 2006.

He later joined the firm of Olalekan Yusuf & Co, (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) in Lagos as an Associate in 2006 where he was exposed to core Litigation on Lands Disputes, Commercial Property, and Conveyance and perfection of Title Documents over lands, in addition to General Litigation. He later rose to the position of a Senior Associate in the firm, the position he held until 2008 when he started his private practice.

Tunde is a resourceful and result-driven Business Development Professional with over 17 years of experience in Business Development processes in fast-paced environments within the Financial Services, Professional & Business Consulting Service Industry. He is an expert in the design and implementation of business development strategies & models with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

He started his career with the United Bank for Africa Plc in 2006 as a Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Group. He further held Managerial roles in the Retail, Commercial and Business Banking segments within the Banking Industry having excellently managed high net worth relationships across the board over the years. He joined ITC Advisory services in 2023 as the General Manager.

Tunde is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He also holds a Certificate in Design Thinking &Creativity for Innovation from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Idowu is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University) and completed his National Youth Service in 2010. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Idowu commenced his professional career in a corporate environment with TAC Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) in 2012 where he gained extensive experience in Audit, Accountancy, Financial Advisory and System Process Review with responsibilities for clients in Oil & Gas marketing, Manufacturing, Insurance, Investment and Financial sectors of the economy. While in TAC, He exceptionally carried out various assignments such as audit and assurance; business plan development and financial projections; bank charges review and forensic accounting; investigation and due diligence; IFRS conversion and implementation as well as human capital development and software marketing.

In his desire for exposure to global audit methodology and international practices, Idowu joined Ernst & Young (EY) Nigeria in March 2016 with specific responsibilities for Oil & Gas upstream clients. While in EY, he was part of the team that carried out Shell’s global internal and Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) controls testing for SPDC and SNEPCO (Shell entities in Nigeria) and performed their statutory audits including Joint Venture (JV) review.
